• Storage: All user data is stored on secure Digital Ocean servers within the EU.

• Encryption: All data is encrypted during storage and transmission (UTF-8 standard, Google API keys).

• Administrator access: No one from the TIM team or developers has access to your personal records.

• User control: You have full control over what information you enter and store in the app.

• Restricted AI access: Only necessary fragments of contact information are sent to AI, not full profiles.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate the following third-party services:

• ChatGPT (OpenAI): Used for analyzing data provided by the user. Full profiles are not transmitted, and data is not stored or used for training.

• Google Calendar: Users can connect their calendar to view and schedule meetings. TIM does not collect or store this data.

• Google API Key Service: Used solely for generating database encryption keys.

• Digital Ocean: Hosting provider for the backend infrastructure.

5. Data Subject Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you have the right to:
